Moving to Portifer
in five steps.
Switching to Portifer means exporting your recipients from your current tool, importing them with column mapping, rebuilding your box and connecting shipping. Pick the guide that matches where you are coming from.
The five steps
- Export your recipient or contact list from the current tool as CSV or Excel.
- Import it in Portifer under Dashboard → Data. Portifer suggests a column mapping; check it and confirm.
- Add your products to the catalogue and rebuild the box in the box builder, with variants and inserts.
- Connect your carrier accounts under Settings → Carriers, or agree managed fulfilment with us.
- Recreate your survey questions and feedback tasks in the campaign, then send a small test cohort before the full send.
