Who writes it

Content on portifer.com is written and published by the Portifer team at Getia AS in Oslo, Norway. Articles are signed "Portifer Team" rather than by a named expert, because they are written from our product and operations experience, not from academic research.

Numbers and claims

• A number is published only with a source: our own product limits from the code, a calculation shown on the page, or a public source that we name.
• Worked examples and calculator defaults are labelled as examples. They are not benchmarks and not customer results.
• We do not publish customer results, testimonials, ratings or logos unless the customer has agreed and the result is real.
• Product capabilities are described as they work today. What Portifer does not do is listed on the features page.

Comparisons with other tools

• Comparison and alternatives pages say where another tool is the better choice, not only where Portifer is.
• We do not state competitors' prices, certifications or API terms that we cannot verify; we tell you what to ask them instead.
• If a competitor tells us something on a comparison page is wrong, we check it and correct it.

Use of AI tools

We use AI writing tools to help draft and edit some content. The rules on this page apply to everything we publish, however it was drafted, and the Portifer team is responsible for it.

Updates and corrections

• Features, security, docs, integrations, alternatives, switching and template pages show the date they were last updated; blog posts show their publication date.
• When the product changes, we update the pages that describe it.
• To report an error, email [email protected] or use the contact page. We correct factual errors and update the page date.
