RULES
- Stop the sequence when the recipient responds.
- Send on weekdays within working hours in the recipient's time zone.
- One link per message. When to use it
- When you invite people to a product test or seeding campaign and need them to confirm an address.
- When feedback response is low because nobody reminded recipients after delivery.
How to fill it in
- Rewrite the copy in your brand's voice but keep one purpose and one link per message.
- Set the waiting times from your product: the feedback request should arrive once the recipient has actually used it.
- Stop the sequence as soon as the recipient responds; reminders after a response feel careless.
- Only send SMS where you have the phone number and permission to contact the person that way.

Frequently asked questions
How many reminders should I send?
The template uses one email reminder for address confirmation, one for feedback and an optional SMS. More than that tends to annoy people who have decided not to take part.
Can I use this sequence for creators?
Yes, with a different ask. For creators, replace the feedback request with the content brief and agree disclosure rules up front.
