When to use it
- When you seed products to creators or superfans and hope for photos or video.
- When you ask product testers to upload an unboxing or first-use video as part of feedback.
How to fill it in
- Fill in the format, deadline, channels and usage period; leave the honesty and disclosure sections as they are.
- Agree usage rights before content is created, and record each person's answer.
- Do not script reactions. Content that reads as scripted is less useful to you and may break disclosure rules.

Frequently asked questions
Do recipients have to disclose that the product was free?
If they post publicly, disclosure rules usually apply; they vary by country and platform. The template asks recipients to follow the rules where they post; check the rules for your markets.
Can I reuse unboxing videos in ads?
Only with the creator's agreement on channels, period and credit. The usage rights section of the brief is where you ask for that before anything is filmed.
