What to check beyond features
The Portifer column is what we offer today. We do not restate Lookback's onboarding, support terms, certifications or API, because they change and we cannot verify them; the last column is the question to ask Lookback directly.

|---|---|---|
| Onboarding | Self-Service: create an account and run campaigns yourself. Assisted and Fully Managed: our team and fulfilment partners set up warehousing, packing and shipping with you. Setup guide | Who sets up the first campaign, and what does the customer have to do? |
| Support | Email support at [email protected]. Assisted and Fully Managed customers work with our team directly. Contact | Which support channels and response times are in the contract? |
| Compliance | Operated by Getia AS in Norway. Standard DPA, published subprocessors, data export and deletion, optional two-factor sign-in. No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or SSO yet. Security | Which certifications are current, and where is customer data hosted? |
| API | Signed outbound webhooks, an inbound campaign signup webhook and a box recipients API. No general-purpose REST API for campaigns, shipments or responses. API docs | Which objects does the API expose, and is it included in your plan? |
