Slack
The Portifer Slack app posts campaign events to the Slack channels you choose and adds slash commands for checking campaigns and starting a send from Slack.
Where to set it up
Dashboard → Settings → Integrations → Connect Slack. Installs through Slack's standard OAuth flow.
Events you can route to Slack
Send all events to one default channel, or pick a channel per event:
- Package sent
- Package delivered
- QR code scanned
- Landing page viewed
- Feedback submitted
- Meeting link clicked
- Meeting booked (can also send a direct message to the responsible rep)
- Deal won
Slash commands
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| /portifer-campaigns | Lists your five most recent active campaigns. |
| /portifer-pending | Lists feedback submissions waiting for review. |
| /portifer-stats | Shows active campaigns, pending submissions and pending approvals. |
| /portifer-send | Finds one of your campaigns and links straight to sending a package from it. |
Limits to know about
- Approving or rejecting submissions happens in Portifer, not from Slack messages.
