Portifer can post shipment updates for outreach and occasion campaigns to a Microsoft Teams channel through an incoming webhook URL that you add to the campaign.

Add a Teams incoming webhook URL in the campaign's notification settings.
What the Teams connection does
- Posts to the channel when a package is packed, when it is sent, and when it arrives.
Limits to know about
- Teams receives shipment status updates only. Scan, page-view, feedback and meeting events are available in Slack and through webhooks.
- The webhook URL is set per campaign and is available on outreach and occasion campaigns only, not on product testing or seeding campaigns.
